EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS
Upon receipt, you have 30 days to return your items.
1. Step 1: Complete the RETURN DOCUMENT, included in your parcel or downloadable via this link.
2. Step 2: Place the RETURN DOCUMENT and the items concerned in a parcel, franked by you unless otherwise stated*. Send your parcel to the following address1923AUTOS, 240 RUE D'ARMENTIERES, 59280 BOIS-GRENIER France
3. Step 3: As soon as we receive your packageyou will be informed of the reimbursement or departure of your new parcel.
* Returns are at the customer's expense, except in the case of :
- Product defect (found within 7 days of delivery)
- Exchange of a leather jacket or a pair of Grandprix Originals shoes (excluding promotional items) delivered in France and specified on the product sheet.
To do so, please send us a request by email [email protected]or by phone +33 6 38 37 54 54. We will send you a free return slip. If the customer wishes a refund, we will deduct a flat-rate charge of 7.90 euros.
Please note that for exchange shipments to euro zones (3,4,5) and international destinations, transport is at the customer's expense and will be invoiced prior to shipment.

CONDITIONS OF EXCHANGE OR REFUND :
1. DEADLINE :
Requests for returns or refunds must be made within 30 days of receipt of the order by the customer. We understand that 30 days may be too short during the Christmas period, for an anniversary or in exceptional cases. If we are notified and the item is in stock, we accept returns and exchange requests with more flexibility on the lead time. 2. IN CASE OF EXCHANGE :
Shipment of items to the customer in the event of an exchange is free of charge 1 time in euro zone 1,2. Please note that for exchange shipments to euro zones (3,4,5) and international destinations, shipping is at the customer's expense. It will be invoiced before shipment.
The extra cost of delivery to an island will also be invoiced.

-If your exchange request corresponds to an item with a different price, we will contact you for a refund or a supplement, if necessary.

3. FOR REFUNDS :
For orders in France, upon receipt of your parcel and if your return is in order, you will receive a full refund of your order on the payment method used, within 5 days.
For orders outside France, you will receive a refund of the amount of your order, less shipping costs:
- 7.90 incl. VAT (zones 1,2)
- 100% of initially invoiced transport costs for international deliveries and euro zones 3,4,5
- Additional costs for delivery to an island.
Taxes and customs duties are not reimbursed.
4. PACKAGE NOT RECEIVED :
If the customer does not collect the parcel within the time indicated by the carrier, particularly from a "point relai", we will deduct from the refund or credit note the cost of shipping and return of the parcel.
5. PRODUCTS :
All products returned by the Customer must not have been used, damaged, soiled or washed. They must be returned complete, with their bags and/or labels in appropriate packaging.Unfortunately, if items do not comply with these conditions and are damaged on receipt, we will not be able to validate the exchange or refund.
6. THE AUTO CLASSIC PASSION COMPANY (1923Autos) cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transport. It is therefore recommended that the customer use a tracked shipment service. In the event of loss or damage in transit, the customer should contact the carrier directly. If the items are not received at the warehouse, AUTO CLASSIC PASSION will not be able to process the return.
